Lunch in weekday in rooftop area with a baby (stroller) , Is it possible? Do I need a reservation?

No problem! They open at 11am on weekdays and there's an elevator from the lobby to the rooftop. I've squeezed in without a reservation to weekday lunch, but if you know you're going, best to secure a table in advance.

They don't open till 3 or 4pm and yes strollers are fine. I saw them and kiddos when I was there last week.
