Yes, they will reimburse you take the Ventra Card to the CTA Headquarters in person they will transfer the money to the new card take both card with you so they can transfer the balance to the new card. Go to: CTA Headquarters 567 west Lake Street in Chicago, IL 60611 open at 9:00am
