What’s up with the seeming unwillingness to answer either phone or email? Several firearms I want to inquire about, and cannot get a phone call answered. Same with email. Not good optics, it’s a very bad look.

It's ridiculous that they can't even pick up the phone when it rings. I suggest going elsewhere to buy your gun, that's what I'm doing. I must have called them 20 times over the last week, and once again you're too lazy to pick up the phone, so I'll just find someone else to give my money too.
