Sorry to hear this... I would suggest waiting til the store opens bk up.. If they bk their word. You will get the ground.. Im sure you wont have any problem.. Gd luck!!

The only thing I can suggest is waiting for the store to reopen after Christmas and tell them what happened

Wait until they reopen and talk to customer service.
