The farmer's market that's at Clark every weekend is run by The Food Trust from about 10am - 2PM, but don't be too late because the vendors break down and pack in time for 2 or if the weather isn't so good. The Food Trust farmer's market is also EBT accessible and gives you money vouchers back every time u spend $5 w/the SNAP program. They have not just farm fresh food and handmade food products by makers, but also flowers and live plants, as well as nutritional workshops (you can scope out The Food Trust website). The main flea market most kno of and go to is the monthly (only warm season months) Uhuru Flea Market. You might want to check if there is a Clark Park Association or with Philly Parks if there are other flea markets besides Uhuru. And if you are looking not just to attend, but be a vendor somewhere, the park is a pretty open, relaxed amazing place to set up casually anyway... which is kinda like what the last person who answered mentioned, free too:) have fun!
The Unofficial one is across the street from the one that's ran by farmCity or something. For The Unofficial one you just have to set up between 10 and 11 and it's absolutely free it gets the same amount of people if not more it just fills up quickly and goes till about 2 or 3
Some merchants had assorted trinkets on the side street its has the beginnings of a good flea market
