Absolutely not. You might have to wait a little bit if it's a busy day, but that might help you to walk around and decide what you're interested in anyway. The sales staff is not pushy at all.
Nope! My now fiance and i walked in about an hour before they closed and their staff spent that entire next hour walking her through types of cuts and settings and we didn't even buy anything at the end! They were wonderful and very willing to help since they don't work on commission. I went back 5 months later to buy the ring that worked and they spent another 30 minutes with me making sure it was right.
