Top notch service! I went here to take a look at a Rolex and even though they weren’t currently available, they spent the time to show me around and educate me on the different styles. Ruben and Mike provided great service and didn’t treat me like I was wasting their time like the other places. I waited the time and received the Rolex I was looking for! Thank you Mike and Ruben, I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future!

Very helpful staff including Mr Moretti, bought a Rolex for my wife there and as you may guess it wasn't quite right exchanged it no problem, only reason it gets a 3 is my wife is size 10 - 12 and slim wrists, but she had to pay several 100 dollars extra for another 2 links, rolex must design there watches for anorexic super models so they can rip normal persons off

Bought a diamond ring from here. The diamond fell out. Told my wife it didn't fall out, it got knocked out from its prongs. Luckily we found the diamond in the elevator. We had it reinstalled only to have her knock it out again. Wasnt due to defect.
