H is near colorless

H isn't super low quality, but it's definitely not the best. Try to compare a D/E/F to an H and see if you can even tell the difference before you go paying the premium for something you couldn't even perceive.

The highest rating starts at D, so H rating is super low quality diamonds. If you wanna higher quality, try to get D, E, F rating of diamonds, but more expensive , it can go up to $100,000
