No, membership does not put you in the front of the line. A basic membership gets you park entry all year long for free, plus some discounts on food/beverages. Upgraded memberships have additional benefits, including the very expensive diamond memberships that allow you to skip 1-2 rides per visit. You *can* buy the Flash pass for the day or the season, that lets you go in an express line on most rides, not a bad add-on for the season pass, but that is an additional purchase (~$200 on the season pass). You can also add day long or season long food and unlimited drink refills, something worth looking into if you would otherwise buy concession on a regular basis.
