Yes as long as it's attached to you I don't think it would be a problem
Also, consider you can place on the opposite side of cars, or storage shelves..but dont like go-pro's.
I would think yes if not most rides have lockers that you can rent for the day or just one time use. Just backpacks purses and bags are not allowed.
