What days and times are happy hour? And does happy include drinks only, or also a limited menu of bar bites of some sort? Thanks!!

Everyday 11-6 pm drinks(domestic 3$,import4$,house wine 4$)between 4-6 all appetizers 8$ only. I have the pics of appetizers but cant post pictures here

They have certain appetizers at half price at the bar only. Happy hour is from 4-6 week days.
