What is expected of the place is not real. My son had a bad experience. Not a trustworthy site for someone in need of detox recovery. The place told me that my son was recovering, but it was not true, they told me that my son would call me, and it never happened. They moved him to another location and didn't notify meβ€”a very negative experience. At the time of charging, they asked for a deductible without providing the proper service, which is not appropriate. If they call themselves specialists, they must know the people they are treating, and clearly that is not the case. They also don’t provide adequate supervision to the patients and do not encourage them to stay and have a proper recovery. After several days they did not give me a report or follow-up on my son. Overall an unreliable place and terrible service.

I am a Veteran of the Irak War who went to this facility through the VA and did the 45 day Program for Veterans. I,ll admit that is one of the BEST experiences in my life by far!! I went to this program because i had a Gambling and a Alcohol Addiction and the Leaders of this facility combined with the Social Workers and (Powerful Speakers) gave me the tools that i need it., πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯ to conquer and vanquish my poker and slots addictions 100%. My Alcohol addiction went down by %60!! I have to thank my Social Worker Cristine for being there for me and try to help me as much as she could πŸ₯° I also thanks Ashley the blond divah that was so awesome with me and help me get through the program !! and Finally Ralph one the best Leaders that care for us veterans and was always there making sure that we were alright πŸ’ͺπŸ‘Œ The rooms are great, the food is awesome i recommend this place to any Veteran that wants to change their lives for the better good ✌️this place is the real deal πŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺ

I cannot for the life of me understand all of the positive reviews. Unlike the haven New England, this place is a disaster. Everything they tell you on the phone is a downright lie just to get you to the facility. the techs are so unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. I got into it with one of the female staff and she literally threatened to fight me and had to be talked down by coworkers. This place will bill you for absolutely anything and everything. It's ridiculous. They could care less, it's literally all about the money. Please beware of this place. I highly recommend their sister facility instead.
