That is a question we would all like to know! We are all without our records! And I'm looking into seeing if there is a law against doing this. We are all screwed basically! And trying to find another Dr. without our records is proving very difficult. My appt. was the Monday before the hurricane AMD I'm still trying to find a Dr. who will take me with no records. Guess how I'm feeling!! But any way... Good Luck. If anybody finds a way to get your records from this office please let everyone else know.

Nobody knows! He is gone along with all our records! If anybody finds out how to get our records please post! Any other Dr. wants and must have prior records to continue care! I have almost 10 years of records gone! Not from all him but all together, and its proving to be very difficult to find a Dr. who will take you without them so...... Good luck!
