Yes, but anything they consider contraband will get you denied entrance, and/or arrested. They may let you take in water bottles, but we used ours like a diaper bag.
If you got alcohol leave it in the car take a break from the amusement park to go drink in the parking lot if you got a vape pen it shouldn't be a problem. Also with food leave your food in the vehicle so that when you take a break you can go eat. This is what we do all the time cuz the food inside is so expensive. But yes back to your question you can bring a duffel bag but it will be searched
