Why does your store think that it is ok to hold employees 50 min over their shift? I had a special surprise planned for one of your employees which they missed because the manager made them stay 50 min after the store closed. Unacceptable!

This is becoming reddit, I feel. Many stores (insure about Michael's) has the end of shift as business decline because as a manager, you don't always know when you will need an employee until. Sometimes, it happens. This also doesn't go to Michael's, it goes to reviewers.

Well, like every job out there, sometimes you required to stay late, as long as isn't done everyday..
