No appointment needed, but arriving earlier in the day will reduce your waiting time. They have a very nice waiting area too.
No you can just walk in. They have a sitting area with a television and drinks. I got there at 10 on Tuesday and was out about 11 after a oil change and tire rotation.
Nope. In fact they don't take appointments. First come, first serve. So, get there early.
If you don't make an appointment though, I'd recommend taking your car in earlier in the day. If you go later they may tell you they can't get to your rotation that day.
