I’ve lived in Davis County—Bountiful, Fruit Heights— most my life, so I was always aware of Duerden’s but rarely considered them relevant when buying appliances because they had the perception of being expensive, and a bit arrogant. But then my daughter recently told me of their experience buying a washer/dryer from Duerden’s. They were very friendly, highly knowledgeable about their products, and offered guaranteed lowest prices and customer satisfaction. Plus, there was no pressure sales people and they made it easy to buy. My daughter was right…We ended up purchasing an LP washer/ dryer combo, and we know they will stand behind our purchase if we have any issues. They are worth a visit!

I had high hopes of working with Duerdens to replace our double ovens so I messaged them. After the weekend, ‘Steve’ reached out and was eager to help me find a replacement unit that would work in the existing opening. He asked for information and I’m very detail oriented, so, I not only responded with the necessary measurements, but, sent detailed photos. He texted that it would take a bit of research and he’d get back to me soon. Then he must have dropped off the planet. Absolutely no communication from him ever again. I hope he’s okay. And, I will go somewhere else with better customer service.
