Shelli was amazing just outstanding did a phenominal job helping me with the copier as i dont know how to use it very well. I think she deserves a raise and praise for the hard work she put in helping me and also was super helpful in just organizing my documents as i needed to send in the mail. I commend her for just jumping in and helping me. That shows great customer service and she for sure deserves a raise for just being able to help me. You keep doing this you will do great and u do a wonderful job. Thank you for all your help again i definitely admire your hard earned work

No you can go whenever they are open.
Nothing. There are no late fees. The computer system automatically renews your items (3weeks time each renewal, with total of 3 renewals). If you don't return them after a period of time after your last renewal period you are charged the price of the item (s) and $4 processing fee per item...but if you return the item(s) all is wiped clean in the computer system (unless you damaged the items). Keep in mind that if any item has a "hold" from another patron (library card holder), you must return the item at the end of your current 3 week check out.
