On Sat 9/24 I was half an hour into a 5 hour road trip when suddenly my car began overheating. I came in because they were the closest mechanic, not expecting that they could look at my car right away with no notice The tech at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot his name) apologetically told me they were extremely busy that day, but he decided to come out and look at my car and was able to diagnose the problem and have me quickly serviced at the quicklube line. I was then able to continue on my trip. Thanks for helping me out in a pinch!

In the midst of a very stressful used car buying experience due to a bad driver plowing into our son's parked car, Burt Brothers was a bright, bright light. We have been visiting them for years, but today they clearly sensed how difficult this time was for us and went above and beyond to take our stressful situation down a few notches. They made time for us last minute and, thankfully, kept us from buying a car for our son that would have cost us thousands to make road ready. We really appreciate their efforts and will continue to patronize this location!

Purchased new tires, paid for them, they called me and said my car was ready for pick up, drove off and pulled in my driveway and then realized they didn’t even put the new tires on the car!
