Are there any classes for a mommy- daughter situation? I'm trying to get my girls invested in their own health. Do you have classes where we can both attend?

We do not have any mommy-daughter classes currently but do have kids yoga classes for ages 5-13. It’s at 4:30pm on Tuesday and will be on Wednesdays at 4:30pm starting in February.
