Question why is it acceptable too allow a show too go on in the rain?..i mean I know why we still go in the rain Cause tickets are nonrefundable and also..because the DELL doesn't has consideration for there costomers!.#rain date@dell

One of the best concerts I have attended at the Dell was Lady B's first birthday basement party. It poured down raining, but everybody, performers and crowd did thier dag on thing. 😄😄😄
