I am a senior citizen, you'd think that it would mean something now days, not in this store. I was sold a contract by a rep by the name of Alex Rivera. He told me the first few bills would be high but by the forth bill it would level out to what I thought was a reasonable monthly payment. Well that was lie and I believe this store trains it's reps to deceive effectively. I will only do business with any cell phone service providers if I can electronically record the the sale. If you do business with these slick salepeople don't rely on their electronic contract. Record record record. By the way if enough people have similar issues with these people and share it in this platform I'll initiate legal proceedings against them.

Yes you can pay both cellular and first bills there.
Usually when a phone doesn't turn on after a charge and you gotta blue or a black screen you probably got a virus but I hope that's not the case. I would recommend you to take it to a service place
They just handle cell phones at this store.
Yes. If you're paying a bill the machine does not give change, you will receive a credit on your bill with the remaining balance.

Call and find out
Everyone the companies that can ruin ur credit in a heart beat are Xfinity an Verizon. There's places for drop off, from Columbus Blvd, Aramingo Ave,Germantown an plz get a receipt of proof. You don't have to give any personal info. Just say returning equipment. God bless
Call them. They'll ship you a box to put your equipment in and ship it back to them, via the same shipping company. Make sure you tell them that you're not responsible for or paying the shipping costs! Make certain, they send a prepaid shipping box, or keep the equipment and tell them you'll be playing, "frisbee" with their satellite dish. If included!
