If it's your home it's NOT legal
I meant in my crib my apartment where me& my children ive
I think your question needs to be more specific, is it a crib at a daycare your child is in or a crib at your house a babysitter put cameras in? Either way cameras in cribs are used for the safety of the child if you have to step away to a different room and come back quickly or to watch and hear the child overnight when everyone is asleep. Don't think there's any illegal activity about it but if in your house I think it's something that should have been discussed with you prior to it, they're not meant to keep an eye on a child from elsewhere for a long period of time in neglect. Just my opinion maybe an officer can tell you the legal aspect of it if any.
