This location has terrible service. Waited 30 minutes to do a title transfer. When it was finally my turn, the representative turned me away in 5 seconds stating I needed another form filled out by the lender. I called another Johnny Yurconic location and they informed me I did not need that form. Thank you for wasting my time.

Hi Jamie. We can apply for the name change at any of our locations. We need the document for the name change (marriage certificate, divorce decree etc ) updated social security card, and the drivers license.
