Hi Jorge, Hidden River Outfitters has guided kayak tours that launch from the Walnut Street Dock through September. Some tours are already sold out, but there are still some kayaks available on the September 23rd and 29th tours. More info is here: https://www.schuylkillbanks.org/events/kayak-tours. There are not individual kayak rentals available from the Walnut Street Dock, but you can rent a paddle boat from the Bartram's Garden Dock: https://bartramsgarden.org/what-to-do/on-the-river/. Have a great time out on the river!
My best guess is to rent in the early morning or after 2pm to avoid needing to wait long for a kayak to be available.
