I agree with Dave it depends on your relation to the patient and the area of the hospital being visited.
Visiting hours are from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm barring any resistions as mentioned.
ER is 24 hours a day. Most clinics are open standard business hours, roughly 8 or 9 am until 5 pm.

Depending on your situation I went at different hours of the day and night. Just don't let them kill your family member or friends. They have a corrupt security
