Can someone use the shelter if they have any charges on them? I heard that if you have any domestic violence charge you can't go to the shelter. Is any of this true?

There is no rule against drug users or felons staying at the road home. They do not do background checks. However, you may be banned for fighting or sneaking in parafinilia.

You can call and ask and they will tell you there was people in there high as a kite on heroin or meth people wanted and on the run and there's an officer that works at the front desk and nobody ever did anything to those people

The road home is a low barrier shelter. Anyone can utilize the services at the shelter as well as stay at in the shelter as long as they need to.
