If a resident reports a problem ( doesn't matter any kind of problem ) on the message board, the message option on Google that is. Does only staff receive the message or do residents also have access?

Well the great thing is Google can produce the full history of the message text application ( that has mysteriously been removed ) law enforcement, state and federal government bodies with a warrant can seek the history of the messages. So who ever opened the Google message option obviously needed the username and password and from there it just takes a little bit to figure out what devices the username and password was entered. But how in the world would that get out? Especially in a shelter for temporary service for the homeless. If last I checked, it's in the high 90% of the residents who maintain a long stay in the shelter are convicted sex offenders who can't get approval for housing and convicted drug dealers who don't even apply for housing. So I would hope that individuals such as these don't have access to a message board. Because that would almost seem like staff and security wants them to know when a tip has been submitted. That wouldn't be good.

The Google account. Good to know. And yes I will talk with a Supervisor or maybe even Matt Macevich, because I am sure that he would not tolerate drug dealers having access to that account because if someone were to submit a report or in need of help, the dealers would be alerted. Not good at all if something like that was happening. Hell that would mean drug dealers are being aided by people who are in charge of that account and the State of Utah now owns this so I am sure that the State would not tolerate in the slightest staff aiding and assisting the distribution of narcotics. But who knows, who could provide the proof. Or the Google account could be searched and everyone who was helping or linked would be identified. But that is just a question. I'm sure that if anyone could prove it they would. I know I came across something similar but I took care of that back on 2/24/2018

That should be access by whoever manages their Google account. It's likely someone in the office checks messages. It's a direct message.
