This sonic location needs new management. I asked if they could put some of my sons tots on his Coney manager says "you can do it yourself." Every other location does this for him but this location I guess just doesn't want to make a customer happy.

Wow. Simple request. I always have an extreme wait and after that some of the order is miss then twice the original wait time.

I don't frequent many Sonics anymore as previous times. My orders were aleays missing, wrong order completely, long wait times, and food is undercooked at times; as in a cold hot dog or gooey batter still uncooked. Yuck. I avoid still.

It was a simple question and it wouldn't hurt them to do it. That was very unprofessional of them
