All utilities included sounds too good to be true. Does the tenant control the heat? Is there heat all year or do they cut it off for the summer? Is the heat adequate or do they cut the thermostat too low?

The complex does control the heat. I always felt the heat was good and sometimes even too much, like i had to open up the windows sometimes mid-winter. And the heat is off during the summer obviously and there's no air. You can have your own a/c unit for the summer since it does get hot

Tenant controls heat, heat is adequate. Definitely should buy an A/C for the summer though, i was on 15th floor without A/C & it was terrible.

The utilities are included in your rent. They control the heat, but very reasonable though. The heat goes off in summer, notwithstanding you wouldn't be needing it at the time. Its a good place as long as you make it comfy for yourself. Good staffing, Nicole at the office is very nice.
