Where's the elevator? Does the escalator take the patrons down as well as up?

No elevator. And escalator goes only one way

Last time I was there, no escalator and no elevator working

No elevator yes escalator goes up and down.

I think there's an elevator opposite concession. Will check next time I am there. There would have to be, wheelchairs cannot use an escalator.
