I have a hybrid water heater, and the dang thing doesn't work efficiently most of the time. When it's time for the thing to kick in and light, most of the time it doesn't. It just sits and gases without sparking to light. Need advice.

Thank you for contacting SameDay Heating & Air, Plumbing, and Electrical. We reached out to our master plumber and he said it could be serveral different things including: possible bad ignitor, faulty gas valve, dirty combustion chamber, bad thermostat, or something else. It is recommended those water heaters get serviced and flushed once a year. We would recommend scheduling an appointment to have one of our plumbers come service it. You can reach us at 8014663583.

Honestly the best advice I can give is to call in and ask for our plumbing supervisor, Landon to come take a look at it.
