Definitely call them for a quote on pricing / scheduling. They're very quick and efficient, had new equipment installed on hvac and ac unit and despite showing up after our sprinkler guys, still beat them for completion. Had them reroute our dryer vent from roof to out the side of the house and it was maybe under 2h with figuring out how the previous was routed (from room, through crawlspace, out roof), assessing the problems (contractor quick job from house building, condensation from routing was making lint turn to cement and clogging line), and addressing concerns (cleanout vs reroute, and reroute out side of house instead of front for protection of house street value homeowner concern). I know this was asked a year ago, this is mostly for those browsing and wondering.

We reached out to our master plumber and he said it could be serveral different things including: possible bad ignitor, faulty gas valve, dirty combustion chamber, bad thermostat, or something else.
