I'm not sure how to word this question but I'm giving it try anyway. Do they carry a large selection of refrigerated precooked meals that I can simply pop into the microwave oven? I am not talking about frozen tv dinners every store has those.

Yes they do. They took out the buffet but still have premake many items from it stored in the deli. Then in the meat market area they have some others available. They also have amigos ready to eat all you do is heat.
