McMullen Ford has always been very fair and honest with me. I like that I often see Scott McMullen, the owner of McMullen Ford, walking around the business, willing and ready to speak to anyone. I purchased my car 7 years ago, which surprisingly, took less than an hour. I explained to Ron, the sales person, what I wanted and after a test drive, he gave me exactly the car I requested in a matter of minutes. I've always used their service department for maintenance and repairs. The service staff is friendly, fair, and competent. Everyone I have dealt with has always exhibited excellent customer service. It was important to me to purchase a car in the town where I live and work and I consider McMullen Ford an exceptional company in my community.

Employees were wearing masks and a plexiglass safety barrier is in place at the service department check in
I had a Focus and now a Fusion and both have had factory recalls. They send those letters out months before the dealer has the parts. I can't remember if I ever got another letter saying the parts were in, but I did get another letter about the recall. They'll send you the lette every few monthsr till they show in their system you've had the work done. I use Car Fax and was notified about 6 months before I got the letter from Ford and called them in July to learn they wouldn't have parts till Jan the next year. On a recall, there's never a charge to you for service. I've never paid anything.
I got it used so there's no card & it says i need factory code to change it. Dealership said i need to talk to service dept & have to wait until tomorrow. Thxs for help or if anyone else knows how to bypass the factory or a reset #.....
