Yes it is. There is an annual fee and then there is a daily fee that is good all day. You can leave and go back however much you want in a day. I don't remember for sure what the amount of the daily fee was. You could go to their website and check it out.
It's open to the public. You don't have to be a member. $20 a day- for all day. No shotguns. Check with them for large calibers.
