My service professional Jesse McNally is a keeper. The most professional service person I’ve ever encounter. He was knowledgeable, personable, and explained all aspects of the situation and how he would solve it. If I ever have a need I will be contacting Jesse as he is second to none. Great experience! Questions & Answers

Looking to make a change with my heating and cooling company. Do you work on mobile homes, and have a maintenance program? If so, what would the cost of the maintenance service? Thanks!

Yes, we do work on mobile home HVAC systems. We have several maintenance agreements. Our most popular program is $19.95 per month. That plan includes one free cleaning for your furnace and one free AC cleaning. You also get discounts on repairs and guaranteed 24 hour priority service.

We are looking for a new HVAC system for our home that we are renovating. Do you have experience with older homes?

I have an older home. No issues putting in my furnace or A/C.

Hi. We just had furnace (with air scrubber) installed. Can you explain how to get rid of a scent we detect every hour or so? I might have missed your explanation when you were briefing me. Thanks.

The air scrubber has a UV light the emits a small amount of ozone into your duct work. This ozone help eliminate odors and kill germs and bacteria in your duct work. Our customers absolutely love it but, it does have a light scent. The scent is similar to the smell you get after a lightning storm. Some people like it and some people don't. It's a new smell that tends to diminish over time as your nose gets used to it. If it bothers you, we are happy to remove it and refund the amount of the air scrubber. Also, we do have air scrubbers that do not emit ozone if that is something that would work better for you. It just doesn't have the same benefits as the ozone product. Either way, we are happy to do whatever it takes to make you happy! Just call and let us know.

Can you guys install thermostatic controls on individual cast iron radiators on an old hot water system? If so can you give me a rough estimate of cost per radiator? I think I need about 4-6 installed. If you don't, who does? Thanks, Greg
