I was also on valium and have back pain. I use chem dog and 9lb hammer. Cartidge and truclear. It works great for me. Hope that helps.

I would recommend either the trupods or the oral concentrate. They are highest % thc works best for taking mind off pain and relieves stress and anxiety.CBD if just for pain
