Hello Kyla, You will need to contact the store right away within the first few days of their purchase from us. Depending on the store and the situation, will either replace the birds or issue a refund. This is also different if the chick has perished, but we will need a receipt on all returns. I imagine you will have to have the receipt and possibly the chick. Call them to be sure.
