I have serious injuries due to a MVC. I received a call my glasses were in. When I got there the young lady had one person that was almost finished otherwise there was no one in there. I opted to stand instead of sitting down and then having to get back up. The young lady didn't seem to like that as she gave myself and my caregiver a nasty look. I finally sit down and told her I was there to pick up my glasses and she went to get them. I put them on and they were not correct. I indicated where I thought the problem was and she proceeded to try to bend the without warming them up. When she was called out on this per my caregiver she had an attitude. She attempted to get them warm and adjust them however, they were still a mess. Due to her persistent poor attitude I simply took the glasses as my caregiver said we would get them fitted at Wal-Mart. She had no desire to fix what we felt was an issue. Additionally, her attitude was horrible. She came off as she had no desire to be doing her job. Took them to Wal-Mart where they fitted them for free. Wal-Mart told me the frames were warped. He managed to get them somewhat strait without complaint, or being paid. This young lady has zero people skills, had a nasty attitude, and her body language suggest she could care less about my problems. I will never return to Marion Eye Center in Sparta, ever. She needs to find another job that doesn't require her to deal with people. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else than Marion Eye Center in Sparta. You can not only get better customer service, but better frames for a lot less money. Unfortunately, I cant give this a zero star!

It depends on the issue. If for a regular eye exam then no. If there is an issue found during the exam then yes it would be after.
