The only location doing road test that I know is Hampton @ 8109 Roanoke Ave Hampton 23605. Hope this help🤗

You will have to check under Road Skills Testing and the only local locations that offer road testing are the Hampton location off Roanoke Avenue and the Norfolk location on Widgeon Road.
