Normally if it is universal joints you would hear a pop sound when you first take off. Could be the bearings jack up the rear end and see if your tires have any play if you'd grab the top and the bottom and push in and out or just grab the top of the tire and pull towards you and push in toward the bed if there is play than your bearings are shot you can also get underneath and look and see if there is any cracks in your universal joints where the bearings are but if you hear a pop more than likely it will be your universal joints on your drive shaft and when you changed it make sure you do the front and the back of the drive shaft

Ball joint, upper or lower a arm bushings! My suggestion jack it up remove tires in front and check for anything that is lose. It could be a few different things. But you'll know what it is with this simple inspection. Check price of a new a arm sometimes it's cheaper just to replace the whole thing than to pay to have them pressed out and back in. Unless you have or know someone who will do the pressing at a lower price. Just did my friends 2005 Isuzu ascender it was cheaper just to buy the whole a arm than pay the shop for 2 hours of labor just to press the bushings out and the new one in. Only 3 bolts to remove. Easy fix.
