All I did was walk in and the moment I walked through the door I was meet with very hateful look and being snapped at by the woman behind the desk. Who while only giving short hateful answers to any questions I ask proceeded to yell when all I did was take a step to the desk to get back and stay where I was. I'll never be back in or call if this is how you treat people the animals are better off on the side of the road or whatever instead of with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Front desk lady makes no sense. Very rude people. I would never take an animal here. They don’t seem to like animals or their job.

I brought an injured stray cat in today and the cat did bite me in the process of bringing it in. I wanted to get it medical attention and help the animal. The front desk staff were so RUDE and not empathetic at all. I called to find out more information and they weren’t clear at all about what I should do or the process. I understand there is a policy they must follow but they didn’t explain that at all and how they acted towards the cat you could tell these people have NO EMPATHY for animals. This is just a job to them. Very Disturbing behavior and completely unprofessional. Please NEVER take a animal to this location. (Update they put the cat down within 30 minutes of me bringing it in.)

If you ever find an animal suffering and wish to get it medical attention please do not take it to Animal Control. They will instantly put animal down. They seemed very rude and not empathetic at all. Please never take animal here the county is much better than City. They do not even have a VET on site.
