Do you have tour online receipt? Not all products are sold by walmart. However, not all walmarts carry everything in inventory that they do sale. For example. A small local Walmart will not have in inventory every type of Jean that a supercenter has. So scanning that item will not bring up an option to return. Will the receipt, you should be ok.
