Definitely wheelchair accessible but that area is also reserved. You can park in one of the spots , but if the person that reserves it shows up you may have to move. We were just fine with a Three wheel scooter. They definitely try to accommodate you. Great time at the ball park.
They do have seating for wheelchair patrons.

They have ramps and elevators to access all levels of the ballpark.
