They don't specialize in that work but the real question is are you unable to get in because you can't login to the external or is it not powering up or not connecting to your computer or laptop that would determine your level is service need
I am not sure, but I would give them a call. My phone was frozen I couldn't power it up. I thought everything was lost. When my mobile phone provider couldn't help me, they referred me to Fix That4U. I didn't loose anything.
We do offer data recovery, so long as the physical drive has not experienced a critical failure. We don't charge to take a look and see what we're able to do, so bring it in and we'll let you know!
