They don't specialize in that work but the real question is are you unable to get in because you can't login to the external or is it not powering up or not connecting to your computer or laptop that would determine your level is service need
Unfortunately, we do not service printers at this time.
We do offer battery replacements and the cost varies depending on the make and model of your particular device. Feel free to stop in or call us for more information!
If you forgot the login passcode but remember your icloud/google login information, the device can be reset. You will lose all data on the device that hasn't been backed up, but you'll be able to use your device.
