Experience began ok until the service just tanked and became nonexistent. The waitress completely ignored my table and continued to service other tables. Strange and shameful to say, but I feel it had to do with discrimination. The trend and pattern was very obvious. The manager is even more disgraceful. He didn’t care and blamed it all on parking situations. Like excuse me? Really? Offered to give us a free coffee, as if that would be sufficient for this shameful experience. Shame on him and shame on this establishment. Stay away. Your business is AT MOST worth a cup of coffee to them. Pathetic.

Server did not check in until meal was almost done, sending back and replacing the 2/3 pancakes that were liquid batter in the middle would have been a waste. The quiche dough was also nearly raw but edible, likely not blind baked before filling. Server offered $3 off the $12 pancakes, despite 2 being raw. Mistakes happen but you shouldn't have to pay $9 for a plate of uncooked batter.

A favorite spot to come get my breakfast cravings. I've been coming for many years but the service is always inconsistent when I dine in.

This is the best breakfast I've had this far!!! Everything was DELICIOUS. The staff was courteous and friendly. Our cups were kept full. Our waitress was the best!!! I will return on every trip to Chicago!!!
