Is this a offroad track? Is it open to the public if we pay a fee? Is nitro allowed?

Off road and nitro yes - open to the public on race and practice days-for more info on that like the badlands rc supercross Facebook page or call beach hobbies and they can put you in touch with someone. Biggest race of the year is this Fri sat & sun if you want to come by with 400+entries it will be a great show
