Lots to do there. Tennis, disc golf , hiking. Biking. Soccer too. There is a race track there for RC cars and trucks. Exercise equipment and playground to enjoy.

Beautiful course well done only made it 9 holes whew. Weather was perfect they had an radio control car event fun to watch. There was a Mexican food truck authentic fantastic food yummy. Greet day

You'd actually want to contact the city of Myrtle Beach parks department for that info. County parks can't help with city facilities.
Along the disc golf trail, yes. But the hiking trail only has one area with benches where they built over a marshy patch.

Yes, I saw a family out there just yesterday. There is a senior center where I took my brother. Just be aware elderly people are out in that area.

There is a walk path you can bike on
No dog park, mostly soccer fields. There are some nature trails adjacent to the park though.
